                                           MIMOSA

There is nothing better than a Champagne Mimosa for a Sunday Brunch.  If you have ever 

tasted a Creamsicle or a 50/50 Ice Cream Bar you have an idea of our tasty Mimosa.  


              We use the Sweet Valencia Orange which since the 1800's have been farmed 

               in Santan Ana, Southern California.  Our Mixologist put a special twist on our  

               Custom Blends by creating this Extra Smooth and Extra Creamy Mimosa.


Our Mimosa Frappe` (Wine Slush Mix) pairs best with Champagne but if you like you can use 

Vodka instead.  It is the Special Combinations of our Proprietary Blends that keeps us Head and Shoulders above every one else.


To make a Slushie add 1 bottle of 750 mil Champagne and an equal amount of water with one package of slush mix stir and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.  Afterwards thaw for 10 to 15 minutes. 


To make a Frappe` add 1 bottle of 750 mil Champagne with 5 to 6 cups of ice and one package of Frappe` (Wine Slush Mix) in a blender and mix for about one minute.  For Parties this is a great way to make it as there is no wait time.


If you prefer Vodka use 5 to 12 oz. instead of the Champagne.  Each 5 oz. package of powdered mix will make about 10 to 12 servings.
